Immersive Foraging with Jen & Samuel
A forage from land to sea… deep, enriching and immersive experiences guided by herbalist Jen Doran and seaweed forager Samuel Arnold Keane. Duration ~ 4hrs.
forage and flame will immerse our tastebuds with the unique flavours gathered from the land and sea, cooking what we forage over the open fire. With forage and craft, we delve deeper into the knowledge of creating herbal remedies, balms or tinctures, seaweed ink, or pressings – depending on the date. For details see links
